How It Works
Netra connects to your Vapi assistant to run voice simulations:- You configure your Vapi credentials in the Netra dashboard
- Netra creates a call via Vapi’s REST API
- A simulated caller speaks with your assistant over websocket
- After the call, Vapi sends a webhook with transcript and recording
- Netra processes the data and evaluates the conversation
Configuration
Register your Vapi assistant under Evaluation → Agents in the Netra dashboard. Select Voice as the modality and Vapi as the platform.
You can find your API key and assistant ID in the Vapi dashboard.
Key Differences from LiveKit
Webhook Setup
For Vapi to send call data to Netra, configure theend-of-call-report webhook in your Vapi dashboard. Netra receives the webhook, processes the transcript and recording, and converts the data into standard span format for the UI and evaluators.
